The Good

• Great fit - very comfortable and works well I HAVE PURCHASED 3 WRIST SUPPORTS SINCE DEVELOPING CARPEL TUNNEL SYNDROME & THIS IS MY FAVORITE - IT FITS VERY WELL , IT ALLOWS MOVEMENT OF HAND & THUMB SO THAT CAN DO MORE WITH THE AFFECTED HAND - Neat, comfortable and very wearable.
• fits great for my wife who's wrist are hurting from holding the new born I have carpal tunnel and these wrist supports offer great support for the wrist and hand I highly recommend them to anyone who suffers from carpel tunnel, these definitely helps when wearing them at night or at the desk.
• I highly recommend this product Here's why I found these to be the best (and a few cons you should be aware of as well): *Comfortable enough to sleep in (the inside of the brace is lined and does not irritate my skin), so can be used day or night *Looks nicer than some of the braces out there *Relatively streamline against your arm, so it fits nicely under most sleeves *Left and right versions for optimal fit *The velcro doesn't snag on covers as easily as some other braces *Stabilizers in front and back for extra support *After a couple months of nightly use, the velcro doesn't hold quite as strong as it originally did (so they sometimes get brushed open at night) *I wish there was a bit more padding for extra comfort (though these are still the most comfortable braces I've found) *To keep the velcro from scratching your skin, you need to take care to angle the straps slightly towards the center (not a big deal for me, but worth noting) This fits me better than the size medium given to me by our nation's military hospital.

The Bad

• This wrist brace is very soft and well-made but it didn't help with my wrist pain, in fact seemed to make it worse, so I stopped wearing it.
• Also, they have changed the design in that the velcro straps are a lot shorter than they used to be, so the velcro has a hard time sticking tight unless you pull it very tight, which aggravates my carpal tunnel.
• very tight, I have small hands and these did not offer relief, they made my hands hurt and even after taking them off I still have pain in my arm from wearing them Doesn't help my hands falling asleep at night at all.
